[[http://www.r-project.org/|The R Project for Statistical Computing]] is an effecient free software that is used by a very big proportion of the scientific community. One of its great advantages is, beside being free, is the number of add-ons ("Packages") that can be found for almost any task.

As part of my employment and [[:phd:|PhD]] study at QGG, AU, I am working on several packages for R. They are all aimed for submission to [[http://www.bioconductor.org|BioConductor]] (package repository for Bioinformatics related packages), and until then, they can be found here.
